Installation of the complete package
0) make a new folder in the root of C,
for instance c:\midiboek. During download of midiboek.zip use the option 'save to disk'
and not 'open'.
1) unzip the installation set and extract the contents to c:\midiboek.
2) execute SETUP. Ignore the message 'Error during registration of
EXPSRV.DLL" if it comes up.
********** NB - IMPORTANT **************************
3) Setup creates a new directory c: \midigam. This is the new location
of the gamma-files. In versions prior to 4.1 the gamma's did reside
in the program directory. YOU WILL HAVE TO COPY the necessary gamma's
(.gam files) to the directory c: \midigam

4) you can make a link to midiboek from the desktop if you want
