Version 1.0 is replaced by version 1.1

Changes after version 1.1:
- bug solved: when an external USB midi interface was disconnected, Noteur did run in an error during next time it was loaded
- bug solved: sometimes selected notes where drawn with an unnecessary extra line within the note
- bug solved: the ruler was inadvertently activated after load

Changes after version 1.3:
- some minor bugs solved in the user interface
- bug solved: during playback with start from green line, the screen did not show correctly the part that was being played
- bug solved: in MPL, insert of a register event failed
- bug solved: the 'mute grey notes' function did not work while playing back notes by scraping manually

- bug solved: when a midi file is marked for read only and the file is on disk, an error occurred. Now Noteur temporarily resets the read only status, so the user can still work with it
- new feature: individual volume sliders for the barrelorgan pipe groups. Bass can be give a specific patch. See the playback panel
- new feature: the ruler can be divided according to the setting of snap, see ruler panel
- new feature: the ruler can be 'disconnected'  from the green line with the 'position with R-rclick only', see ruler panel
- new feature: measure numbers can be displayed close to the notes, see layout panel
- new feature: the actual count of selected notes and clipped notes is showed in the main panel

- some minor bugs in programmable button keys
- MPL: note.gamtype did not always show the correct value
- new feature: if rulerpos = 0 is specified, the ruler will appear at the place where the user clicks during placement of the green line.
- new feature: goto next selected note with N-key or menu icon, see documentation. Handy if any MPL selects notes to indicate a certain status.
- new feature: show panel checkbox in F11-button programming. The greem MPL panel appears for 'open and execute'.

Changes after version 3.0
- enhanced and improved functions for editing registers
- run error 380 when updating an older version of Noteur is fixed
- bug fixed: during editing the cursor did not have the right shape
- bug fixed: contrast of lines in edit panel did not longer  work in release 3.0

Changes after version 3.1a
- enhancement of the performance of several functions
- improved layout with the possibility to configure the most important colors in the edit screen. On the moments that no note editing is abvailable on the dit screen this is shaded dark. See 'settings-layout'
- revision and functional extension of selecting, cut, copy and paste. Selecting now possible with a rubberband method. During paste the user can shift the notes manually to the proper place. See documentation under 'selecting, cut and paste'.
- sliding notes now also possible with the D-click function. This enables th euser to shift the notes to the proper place directly in the edit screen.
- number of buttons is extended to 80. The number of buttons in one row can be specified. See 'settings-layout'.
- before a midifile is overwritten with a save, automatically a copy is made. This copy can be opened from the file menu as 'savemidi.mid'.
- extended features for playback. See 'settings-playback'.

Version 4.0 caused error 380 for users of a screen with 800x600 pixels. This is fixed now.

Version 4.1 caused sometimes an error when using a right mouseclick on a note to display its properties.

Changes after version 4.1a:
- extended functonality added for editing of tempo changes. Besides the percentual tempo adjustment, tempo changes can be added, changed en deleted on individual or group basis. Also a function is present to add series of tempo changes to increase or decrease the tempo gradually (rallentando/accelerando)
- during insertion of new measures, a new timesign can be specified. This enables the user to combine pieces of music with different time signs as with medleys
-  meaures can be copied, compete with timesigns, tempos and barlines
- during adding notes, changing the key of notes an some other functions, a text balloon appears with the note name. This effect can be suppressed in the layout panel in the settings menu
- chords can be visualised in a pop-up window bij scraping the notes with l-click and the A-key pressed
- the feature for moving notes with r-click only does not longer exist

Changes after version 4.0:
- a copy of measures to the end of a large file
